Tomite was a Genbu seishi for over 200 years now, just like Hikitsu. He is friendly and a lot less serious then Hikitsu. I think he is the best Genbu seishi, but thats just me.

He can control and ice, but he does it differently then Hikitsu, he shoots "ice arrows" He can also make a green ring of energy around someone and it slowly gets smaller and smaller around the person until the person is cut in half. His symbol is on the left side of his back and it means "emptiness".
